镁合金★RJ-2熔剂 RJ-2 flux

特点：棕***或淡青色块状，极易潮解。高温炼镁时，镁极易氧化而燃烧，在出炉时，加入适量粉状二号熔剂可阻止镁的燃烧。在精炼金属镁时，加入二号熔剂进行精炼，可从溶液中沉淀出杂质氧化物和氮化物。其精炼和覆盖性能比一号熔剂进一步提高。

用途：主要用于镁及镁合金的精练剂和保护剂及熔炼ZM5、ZM10合金时用作覆盖剂。

Characteristics: Brown yellow or light blue massive, easy to deliquescence. Magnesium is easily oxidized and burned in high temperature magnesium smelting. When the furnace is discharged, the combustion of magnesium can be prevented by adding a proper amount of powder flux No. 2. When magnesium is refined, impurity oxides and nitrides can be precipitated from the solution by adding No. 2 flux. Its refining and covering properties are further improved than that of flux No. 1.

Usage: Mainly used as refining agent and protective agent for magnesium and magnesium alloys, and as covering agent for smelting ZM5 and ZM10 alloys.
